Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Services begin only after PSOI Services confirms scope, fees, required checks and applicable written terms. If written engagement terms conflict with this page, the written engagement terms apply.
KYC, risk and eligibility
Services, including nominee director arrangements, remain subject to identity verification, KYC, business activity, ownership, risk and regulatory checks. We may request additional information or decline an engagement where requirements are not met.
Fees and timelines
Website prices are indicative unless confirmed in a written quotation. Government, bank, professional and other third-party fees are separate unless stated otherwise. Any timeline is an estimate and may be affected by ACRA processing, name review, KYC, regulated activities, banks or other third parties.
Third-party decisions
Bank accounts, work passes, licences, registrations and other third-party outcomes are not guaranteed. The relevant bank, regulator, government agency or provider makes its own decision under its own criteria.
